RelaxingHammocks.com Debuts Blog to Promote Stress Relief and Relaxation

Spring Grove, PA (Vocus) August 5, 2010

Web entrepreneur Lisa Zartman is pleased to announce the publication of her brand-new blog, http://www.TheHammockGazette.com. Developed as an informational counterpart to her web store, this interactive resource showcases the various health benefits hammocks offer such as stress reduction and relaxation, which ultimately lead to an improved well-being.

“A hammock always strikes a feeling of inner peace and relaxation in my mind, although, others associate hammocks with the beach – another form of tranquility – and that’s okay with me because my family and I love the beach. And a beach with a hammock is even better,” Zartman said.

Additionally, the blog will highlight features, functionality and details of the website’s entire product line to educate customers before they make their final purchases. It also provides insight to the value of family time and togetherness.

At http://www.RelaxingHammocks.com, shoppers are invited to browse a premium selection of quality-made hammocks and hammock accessories designed to provide individuals and families with a little piece of paradise. Choose from traditional hammocks and vibrant Mayan hammocks, hammock chairs and swing stands, plus-size hammocks, hammock beds, travel hammocks and much more.

The Palapa Relaxation Station, one of the website’s grandest hammock stands, holds six chairs and is tented for shade; it’s the perfect addition to any backyard BBQ or tailgate. Plus, the site carries an assortment of hammock accessories designed to enhance the comfort and luxury of each model. Choose from tree straps, rocking kits, a mister, a magazine holder, a canopy, a protective sleeve and a drink holder with a cooler.

“By promoting relaxation and stress prevention through the serene nature of my products, I feel like I’m doing my own small part to heal the world,” Zartman said.

Keep an eye out for new products as Zartman is always looking for new and exciting products to introduce to her web store. Just on the horizon, she plans to add a new line of fun and whimsical hammock patterns. And remember, that many of the hammocks are ideal for indoor use, depending on the house, and can be set up with hammock or chair stands or attached to beams. This way the relaxation lasts year round. International shipping has just been added as an option for those outside the continental US.

A TripAdvisor™ TripWow slideshow of a travel blog to Playa blanca cartagena, Colombia by TravelPod blogger Bexhayes titled “Hammocks on the beach”. TravelPod is a company of TripAdvisor™. Bexhayes’s travel blog entry: “Bonnie flew out from Bogota to meet us on Saturday night and we left early in the morning to get to Cartagena´s port to catch a boat to the Isla Rosario and Playa Blanca. Packed small overnight bags with intention of staying in hammocks on the beach. The islands were stunning and we arrived at Playa Blanca in the early afternoon. Once all the tourists had left the beach was virtually empty and we got to see a great sunset. Glad to be off the boat, having had to endure most of the morning listening to and watching colombians taking part in humiliating club 18-30 type games and dance contests. Cue three grumpy english girls refusing to have any part in it. Spent the evening drinking rum on the beach and eating lovely food. Not such a great night sleep, but really nice to be right on the beach and in the open. Boat was meant to turn up at 4 the next day but never arrived so we had to hitch a lift with a rival company. Got back to Cartagena and met up with Nathalie a Swiss girl who stayed in the same house as me in Bogota.” Read and see more at: www.travelpod.com Photos from this trip: 1. “Boca Grande” See this TripWow and more at tripwow.tripadvisor.com
