Question by Kate [shewilldestroyou]: What can i do to make my ferrets cage more fun for him?
My ferret looks bored when he’s not out of his cage. i let him out for more than 4 hours a day but then when he goes back in he looks bored, you can tell he’s trying to keep himself entertained though. He has two hammocks (one on the ground which he sleeps in and a hanging hammock” he’s got a couple stories of cage so he’s got ramps and some toys and he’s got a cuddly ferret blanket which he tunnels and cuddles on. He’s brand spankin’ new. he came home yesterday. What should i add to his cage? what all do you have in your cage?

Add some more toys for him to play with. Remember you don’t have to go to a pet store to make them happy. Just give him a sock and stuff like that. Rotate out toys in his cage. Hide treats and food around the cage so he’ll have to look for it. Just be creative.
